If we can re rent the condo we will offer you a refund

All reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival--$25 fee.

30 days or less prior to arrival--$25 fee plus two nights'  room charge etc. 

No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. 

A credit card is required at time of booking for deposit.  

Directions - 229 Paoakalani Avenue, Honolulu, HI

From Honolulu Airport; exit airport terminal and access H-1 Freeway East.  Exit freeway onto Nimitz Highway and follow the signs to Waikiki. Nimitz Highway will become Ala Moana Blvd.  Continue on  Ala Moana Blvd until it merges with Kalakaua Ave.  You will be at the southwest entrance to Waikiki.   Proceed onto Kuhio Ave (forks to the left of Kalakaua Ave).Turn left on Paokalani Ave.

The hotel is located on the right corner of Paokalani Ave and Kaneloa Street
